Description
Crispy, spicy, and utterly delicious, this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe is a healthier alternative to traditional wings. Perfect for snacks, appetizers, or meals, it’s ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor!
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp melted butter (or vegan butter)
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and milk to create the batter.
Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer, ensuring the pieces aren’t touching.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the cooked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly spray the battered cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to restore crispiness.
