Description

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and bursting with garlicky, cheesy goodness. Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken – Shredded or diced for a hearty, protein-packed filling.
  • Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese – Melts beautifully for gooey, cheesy goodness.
  • Cream Cheese – Adds a creamy and rich texture.
  • Butter – Used to sauté garlic and add crispiness to the tortillas.

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Garlic: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
  2. Heat the Chicken: Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and heat through for a couple of minutes.
  3. Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Combine Chicken and Cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and mix the chicken into the creamy cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly in the center of each. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Cook the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
